<p>Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc.&#8217;s Cape Sandy Quarry #1 is located in Leavenworth, Indiana.  The quarry was opened in 1963 and currently has 130 employees. </p>
<p>It takes great communication, dedicated employees and a lot of hard work to operate the 6th highest producing single-site quarry in the United States. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jumpstart your excercise and nutrition goals by participating in Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc.&#8217;s 4-week Football Frenzy Contest!</p>
<p>Our contest will run from December 18 to January 14 and all employees and their spouses are eligible to particpate. </p>
<p>To participate, you (and your spouse) will need to fill out a registration form (available at your location soon) and return it to work before the program begins on December 18. </p>
<p>To be eligible for the prize drawings, you&#8217;ll need to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Exercise 30 continuous minutes at least 4 days per week (outside of work).</li>
<li>Eat 4 fruits and/or vegetables at least 4 days per week.</li>
<li>Keep your score on the log sheet (to be provided).</li>
</ul>
<p>Registered participants will also need to turn in their completed log sheets each week.  These log sheets will be entered into weekly drawings for five (5) $10 Subway gift cards.  These drawings will be held on 12/30/11, 1/6/12, 1/16/12 and 1/20/12.</p>
<p>Prizes for participants will be drawn at the Annual Safety Meeting in March!</p>
