Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc. is a recognized leader in the aggregate industry. Established in 1935, we are a thriving business with 22 locations in Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia. We are currently searching for an Accounts Payable Administrator based at our headquarters in Tell City, Indiana.
The A/P Administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payments of goods and services purchased by the organization. The Administrator will be required to efficiently and effectively review and process invoices in the computer system, print accounts payable checks, answer all vendor inquiries and maintain all A/P reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
The ideal candidate must be an organized, self-starter who displays initiative and a continuous improvement mindset, able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills.
We require a minimum of 3 years experience in the accounts payable field, an Associates Degree is preferred.
