The month of June is open enrollment at the Mulzer Companies for the group benefits listed below. This annual open enrollment is for adding, dropping, or changing plan coverage on employees and/or eligible dependents without a qualifying event. All changes made will become effective on July 1, 2015. - Voluntary Life Insurance Plan – Employees and spouses can increase coverage by $10,000 up to the Guaranteed Issue amount ($200,000 – employees; $30,000 spouses) for existing policies only. New applicants must complete a health statement for coverage approval by Aetna.
