Mulzer Referral Incentive Award is Expanding

 

In an effort to recruit the best employees for Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc.,  we’re expanding our Employee Referral Incentive Award Program*.  Effective immediately, current employees will now have two incentive award options if your referral is hired and you qualify for the program.   You will now be able to choose from a $100 Visa card or a ½ day paid time off reward**.

As a review, our current Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc. Employee Referral Incentive Award Program is outlined below.

  • To be eligible for a Mulzer Referral Incentive Award, the referral must be submitted to Human Resources and must include an Applicant Referral Form.
  • The employee referring an applicant must be an active, regular, full-time employee on Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc.’s payroll to receive the award.
  • The applicant must be currently employed.  The incentive is not available for unemployed applicants or recent graduates.
  • The applicant is hired to fill a regular, full-time open position.
  • If duplicate referrals are received for the same applicant, the first employee to submit the referral to Human Resources will be eligible for the award.
  • The award will be granted after the applicant is hired.
*The Expanded Employee Referral Incentive Program is effective June 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015. We reserve the right to revise or cancel the program at any time. **Depending on your work schedule, your ½ day may be hours totaling 4, 5, 6 etc.  All other program guidelines apply.
