IMAA - Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association Awards

This year our team received several awards at the IMAA workshops. Jimmy bowman, better known as "Bimps," was named the 2025 Miner of the Year by the Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association! Jimmy began his career with Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc. in 1987 at Charlestown Quarry. Through hard work, dedication, and leadership, he worked his way through the ranks and ultimately became Superintendent. Bimps takes immense pride in fulfilling customer orders and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. His commitment to excellence, safety, teamwork, and customer service makes him extremely serving of this honor. We are grateful to have Bimps as part of our team and appreciate the example he sets. Brandon Williams accepted the CAPP Quality Achievement Award, and seven of our locations were honored with the Safety Achievement Award. We are incredibly proud of these accomplishments. Thank you to our employees whose dedication and commitment to safety and quality make achievements like these possible. We would also like to say thank you to our employees who supported the workshops, whether by announcing awards or assisting in other areas. Your willingness to step in wherever needed did not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated.
